I made a short video of a level 8 loot run on Echidna, skipping past all that early stuff to get to the final two bosses. Running to the bosses simply involves a click in the right area from the town. Check it out!
There's a run speed boost somewhere in the game isn't there? That would make this even easier. My main objective was to get to that health shrine then take out the two bosses. I'm sure at some point you might even be able to just run to the bosses and kill them (haven't tried that yet).
Keep throwing the stones!
